If you are a parent or guardian

Email us and we will delete your child's account and everything attached to it. You do not need an account yourself, and you do not need to explain why. Tell us the Discord username or the Roblox username on the account so we can find it. We aim to reply within 7 days and to delete within 30.

If you want your data or your account deleted

Reporting a trade or a trader

Every trade has a Report button — that is faster than email, because it tells us exactly which listing you mean. Use email for anything urgent or serious.

Anything else

Bugs, wrong item values, a game you would like added, or a question. We read everything, though a solo operator runs this, so a reply may take a few days.
