Privacy

The short version. We know your Discord account, the Roblox username you type in, and the trades you post. We never ask for your email, your password, your real name, or your age. You can have all of it deleted by sending one email.

What we collect

• From Discord, when you sign in: your Discord user ID, your username and your avatar image. Discord does not give us your email or your password, and we never ask for them.
• From you: your Roblox username. We check it exists using Roblox's public lookup and store the account number alongside it, because usernames can change and numbers cannot.
• What you do here: the items in your trades, the offers you make and receive, and when you were last on the site.
• Automatically: our server keeps standard web logs, including your IP address and browser, for security and debugging.

There is nowhere on Iglups to type a message, a comment or a note. That is deliberate, and it means we hold no conversations between users, because none can happen.

Why we need it

• Your Discord account is how you sign in and how we tell you an offer arrived. It is the only way in — there are no passwords to lose.
• Your Roblox username is shown to one other trader once you both agree a trade, so you can find each other in game. It is not shown on your listings.
• Your trades and offers are the service itself.

Who else sees it

• Discord — sign-in and notifications.
• Google Analytics — how many people visit and which pages. We have turned off advertising features, Google Signals, and anything that builds a profile of you. We do not run adverts on Iglups.
• DigitalOcean — hosts the site and database, in New York, United States. That means your information is stored in the US.

We do not sell your information, and we never will. MM2.Rocks supplies the item values shown here; no information about you is sent to it.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in — the site cannot work without it. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to count visits. In the UK, the EU and Switzerland we do not let Analytics store anything unless you agree, so those visits are only estimated.

How long we keep it

Trades stop being live after 7 days but stay in our database. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it. We are honest about this rather than quoting a tidy number we do not actually enforce.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected]. We aim to reply within 7 days and must reply within one month.

Age

You must be 13 or older to have a Discord account, and Discord is the only way to use Iglups. We do not knowingly hold information about anyone under 13.

Parents and guardians: if your child has an account here, email [email protected] and we will delete it and everything attached to it. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need an account of your own.

Changes

If we change what we collect we will update this page and change the date at the top.
